The dataset generated using 21cmSPACE in Cohen et al. (2020) for the 21cmGEM emulator is publically available on Zenodo at:
https://zenodo.org/records/4541500
It consists of a training sub-set of 27,455 signals and testing sub-set of 2,186 signals. The astrophysical parameters varied are (fstar, Vc, fx, tau, alpha, nu_min, rmfp).
The dataset has been used to test globalemu (Bevins et al. 2021) and a modified version has been used to test 21cmVAE (Bye et al. 2022), 21cmLSTM (Dorigo Jones et al. 2024) and 21cmKAN (Dorigo Jones et al. 2025).
This editable repository provides a summary of 21-cm simulation codes (alongside emulators/inference tools), with relevant publications and a short description of their code philosophy.
